Vivid Sydney: Curve Ball 2018

Vivid Sydney is Sydney’s annual festival of light, music and ideas. Curve Ball is a warehouse dance festival run by Fuzzy Events (Listen Out, Field Day, Harbourlife) held at Carriageworks in Sydney.

THE BRIEF: Create the master artwork for Curve Ball 2018.

THE EXECUTION: Fuzzy’s creative director had a vision for the artwork, of a neon laden warehouse with a portal to a hazy sunset. I took all of the very brief brief onboard and used all of my (very little) cyberpunk knowledge and love for cheesy early 90’s sci-fi games (SPACE QUEST!) and put together this piece. Was incredibly fun to put this together!
